You can register as a patient at the surgery if you live within the area shown on the map.

North Boundary: From Old Chester Road head into City Road and across the River Derwent and turn right into North Parade the North Street. Head across Five Lamps and into Kedleston Road up to the intersection with the A38 Queensway.

West Boundary: Following the Westbound A38 Queensway and then A38 Kingsway, at the intersection with the A5111 Ring Road, turn left along Kingsway whish then becomes Manor Road and then Warwick Avenue.

South Boundary: The A5111 Ring Road then becomes Kenilworth Avenue and Osmaston Park Road. At the Pear Tree Railway station the boundary continues northwards to the Derby Railway station.

East Boundary: At Nottingham Road and then Derby Road, the boundary continues eastbound to Acorn Way (DE21). At the junction with Morley Lane, turn right into Morley Lane and then left into Lime Lane. At the junction with Mansfield Road, turn left into Mansfield Road heading back towards Derby. Continue along Mansfield Road until returning back to Old Chester Road.
