Menopause Matters

As part of our Menopause Matters programme, we have created a variety of exercise and wellbeing sessions that you can complete at anytime, from the comfort on your own home.

Before completing any of our home based classes please read the following: If you feel any pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other discomfort while exercising, please stop immediately and contact your GP, or another healthcare professional. You should not take part in any classes or sessions without disclosing any medical diagnosis or concerns to the member of staff leading the session.
