Surgery Closure Dates for 2017

Please note that the surgery will be closed on the following dates to allow for staff training:-

Wednesday 8 November 2017 from 12noon until 6.30pm

If you think you need to see a doctor or want advice during these times, you should telephone Derbyshire Health United  on 111.

Meningococcal vaccination - 2017 school leavers

Teenagers born between 01/09/1998 - 31/08/1999 (2017 school leavers) are now eligible for urgent catch-up with Meningococcal vaccination. If you fit in to this age group, please contact the surgery and book an appointment with the practice nurse.

 

Safeguarding Children & Vulnerable Adults

Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults is everybody's business!

If you have any concerns please don't leave it for someone else to do something, speak to us!

Professionals have a duty of care to share relevant information with other professionals to ensure children and vulnerable adults are kept safe.  

The Practice Safeguarding lead GP is Dr Sharon Burton.

If Dr Burton is not available, please don't delay sharing your concerns, you can speak to any of our Doctors.
