Car Parking at the Surgery-Wednesday 20 November '19

Please note our Surgery car park at Wilson Street will be CLOSED all day on Wednesday 20 November. This is due to essential gas maintenance work carried out by Cadent.  We apologise for any inconvenience.

Medicines Order Line

From 5th August patients will only be able to order their repeat prescriptions in any of the following ways: -
Via the new Medicines Order Line (MOL) by telephoning on 0115 855 0260 9am-4pm Mon to Fri.
Online (using SystmOnline) or via the NHS App.

Try the new NHS App

If you are a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use Systmonline you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Dr Jill Fletcher  

After nearly 25 years at Wilson Street Surgery I will be stepping down as a partner on the 30th June 2019.

Although I will still be working in general practice I will be significantly reducing my clinical workload and will be focussing on my roles training and supporting current and future GPs.

It has been a privilege to look after my patients and it is hard to go. However I know you are in good hands with the all the other doctors and staff at Wilson Street.

I would like to thank you for the kindness you have shown to me personally over the years.

Access to Health Records

Access to Health RecordsFrom October 2014 anyone who wishes to register to use SystmOnline (our online booking & prescriptions facility) will also be able to view their summary care record. For existing users of SystmOnline, you have automatically been included and are able to view your summary care record. For more information please ask at Reception. Please note - you will need to provide us with some identification for this service.
